Log in – Front Office – Meal/ Package – Select “Card & Ticket

Summary

The screen allows you to search, check in and check out the services.

Fields Description

1) Scan Card & Check In

Step 1: Click the mouse on the scanning area to have the signal.
Step 2: Place the card on the encoder to search for the service that is assigned to the card.


Step 3: Detailed information of the service will be displayed below

  • Guest: Name of the Guest

  • Ticket Type: Type of ticket

  • Ticket Duration: Validation period of the service (daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly)

  • From-to : Effective Start and End date of the service

  • Ticket Note: Reference note if any

  • Status: Status of the service (Active, Block, Checkout)

  • Actions:

    • Use Ticket: Select this button to check in the guest to the service

    • New Scan: Select this button to scan and check in another guest

2) Check out card

Step 1: Select the button “Check out Card”

Step 2: Place the card on the encoder, the system search for the service and proceed to check out the guest from this service.
