Filters

• Date From: Effective From Date

• Date To: Effective End Date

• Type: Type of service

• Export Type: You can choose to export the report to PDF or Excel file

Report content

• Guest: Name of the Guest

• Card: ID of the key card

• Using Date: Date when the guest used the service

• Created By: User who created the ticket

• Created Date: Date when the ticket is created

• Start Date: Effective Start Date of the ticket

• End Date: Effective End Date of the ticket

• Ticket Type: Type of ticket
