Log in – Admin Setting – Properties

Summary

The screen allows you to configure the list of properties in the application.

Screen

Fields Description

List of properties

• Code: Code of the property

• Name: Name of the property

• Region: Region where the property is located

• No. Of Rooms: Total number of physical rooms in the property

• Check-in/Check-out Time: Default check-in and check-out time of the property

• Status: Status of the chain (Active/Inactive)

• Action:

  • Edit: Edit the details of the property

    

  • Delete: Delete the property

    

  • Setup: Select this icon to switch to the property detail screen. See Property Detail for details.

    

  • Export: Export the details of the property to excel file

    

  • Create: Create a new property. See [Eng] Create Property for details.

    

Remarks

The system will prompt an alert when deleting a property.
