The screen allows to declare the policy for the rate plan.

Fields Description

[Buttons] – Action buttons

• Remove current policy: Remove the policy from the rate plan

• Assign: Assign a policy to the rate plan

[Detail Policy List] – List of policies and the applied period

• From - To: Apply the policy from date and to date

• Weekdays: Days of the week when apply the policy

• Conditions: Conditions when to apply the policy

• Calculation Type: Calculation type of the policy

  • Percent: Calculated by percentage

  • Flat: Flat price

  • Nights: Calculated by room nights

• After: Policy applied after a certain time period

• Sequence: Sequence to apply the policy

• Amount: Amount to apply

[Add Rate Policy] – Add policy to the rate

• Policy Type: Select the type of policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Policy applied when Cancelation/No show

  • Guarantee Policy: Policy for the guarantee

  • Amendment Policy: Policy applied when amendment

• Policies: Select the policy in the list of declared policies. See [Eng] Policy for details.

• Select ‘Assign’ to assign the policy to the Rate Plan
