General information

• OTA ID: ID of the reservation generated by the OTA system

• Confirmation No: Confirmation number of the reservation on CiHMS system

• Channel: Name of OTA Channel

• Rate Code: Rate Code associated with the reservation

• Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

• Booking Time: Date & time when the reservation is created

• Check-In: Expected Check-in date of the reservation

• Check-Out: Expected Check-out date of the reservation

• Guest: Name of the guest

• Total: Total amount of the reservation
