[Eng] Setup Inventory (Department, Warehouse)

Allows you to create and manage the departments within the property.

This requires that a store will be assigned to a department. In case this is a global store, this should be assigned to the General Department.

You can view, add, or edit a department.

Description

1. Set up a department

• Select Setting > Department

• The screen allows you to view, create or edit a department.

2. Add a new department

• Select Setting > Department

• Select “Add Department”

• Enter the information in the formula, note that the Code cannot exist in the system

• The default Status of the department is Activated

• Select “Add” to add the new department or “Cancel” to skip the action

3. Edit department

• Select Setting > Department

• Select “Update Department”

• Update the necessary fields

• Select “Update” to confirm the change or “Cancel” to skip the action

4. Delete a department

• Select Setting > Department

• Select the department and select the Trash icon.

The screen allows you to manage the warehouse.

You can view, add, or edit a warehouse.

• Select Setting > Warehouse

• Depending on your permission, you can view, add, or edit a warehouse.

2. Add new warehouse

• Select Setting > Warehouse

• Select “Add” button

• Enter the information in the formula, note that the Code cannot exist in the system

• Select “Add” to add the new department or “Cancel” to skip the action

• Since the Department is assigned to the warehouse, you cannot change it after

• The list of Department shows only the departments that are activated

• You can upload many photos

• The default status is Activated

3. Edit the warehouse

• Select Setting > Warehouse

• Select a warehouse and select “Edit” icon

• You cannot change the Department

• Select “Save” to confirm the changes or “Cancel” to skip the action

4. Delete a warehouse

• Select Setting > Warehouse

• Select the warehouse and select the Trash icon.
