Summary

The screen allows you to scan a key card and view the detailed information about the packages assigned to this card.

Fields Description

Verify Package

Place the card to get meal details.

The screen shows the following information:

• Confirmation No: Confirmation number assigned to the reservation, links you to the Confirmation Detail screen

• Guest name: Name of the Guest

• Room: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Status: Reservation Status

• Card Id: Card ID assigned to Guest

• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

The information about the meals:

1. Detail

   • Date: Effective Date of the meal package

   • Type of package: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, VAP, SAF

   • Status of the package: used/non-used

   • Edit: double click on the 'X ' icon to update the status or the validation period of the package.

2. History

   • Displays the histories of change on the package

• Unassign Card: allows you to un-link a key card from a guest and re-assign to another guest
