Summary

The function allows you to assign the task to the staff. The assignment can be made by the reporter of the task, the supervisor or the manager, on the web or on the Staff App.

Fields Description

Assignee: Select from the Staff list of values. See [Eng] Department Management for how to configure the list of staff in a department.

Remarks

Once the task is assigned, the assignee will receive a notification on the web or on their mobile app.
