Summary

The screen allows users to view management reports such as:

• Hotel performance

• Revenue sources

• Booking types

• Services

• Cashier reports

• Booking sources

• Guests by nationality.

Fields Description

• Users can select the time period to view reports such as viewing report data for today, yesterday, weekly, monthly, or customizing according to the user's needs.

• Hotel Performance

  • (1) Users can choose to view hotel performance report data by Revenue or Booking data.

  • (2) Mousing over the chart to view detailed data for each period

  • (3) Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

• Revenue sources

  • (1) Select to view revenue sources by Room revenue or Service revenue or view both at the same time.

  • (2) Mousing over the chart to view detailed data for each period.

  • (3) Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

• Booking Type:

  • (1) Select to view reports by Room data for Day / Hour / Month or view them at the same time.

  • (2) Mousing over the chart to view detailed data for each period.

  • (3) Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

  • (4) Select "Admin Reservation" to view detailed booking information.

• Services: Display all the services that the customer has used during their stay. Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

• Cashier report: Display data on payment methods. Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

• Booking source report: Display the number of bookings by Direct, OTA, TA channels. Select the time period to view the report according to the user's needs.

• Guests by nationality: Show the number of guests by nationality within the time period selected by the user.
