- Prospect: New booking created
- Tentative: After sending the contract to the customer (Status contract: Sent)
- Definite: After signing the contract (Status contract: Signed)
- Actual: Guest check-in for an event or room
- Turned Down: Booking rejected before sending the contract
- Canceled: The booking has been canceled after sending the contract to the customer and the two parties have not agreed on the terms of cooperation
- Lost: The booking has failed, in the stage of sending, checking and signing the contract, the customer side did not continue to use the service.
