• Import Plan: In case multiple maintenance work plans need to be created, it is possible to fill out the available form and import it into the system.

• To create Plan, enter the following information:

  • 

    Plan name

  • Status

  • Planning site

  • Department

  • Work center

  • Equipment

  • Functional location

  • Activity type

  • Plan start date - Plan end date

  • Recurrence

  • Enable plan recurrence

  • Recur every

  • Frequency

  • Each plan duration (day)

  • Reminder Before (day)
