[Functions]

• Open Shift:

  • In case of a new devices, the user needs to configure the counter before opening the shift. For detailed configuration steps, please refer to Device Configuration

    

  • In case the counter has been configured, when an employee logs into the system, they will see the counter information on the home screen in the bottom left corner.

  • Select “Open Shift”

    

• Retail Service: See details at [Eng] Retail Ticket Sales

• Bill: See details at [Eng] Order Management

• Search Card: See details at [Eng] Card Search/Check Out

• Create E-invoice: See details at [Eng] Create E-invoice

• E-invoice list: See details at [Eng] E-invoice List

[Dashboard]

• The data on this screen is automatically collected within a week and users can adjust the time range they want to view.

• Users can select the icon to update the data on the dashboard.

• Visitor count statistics: Statistics of the number of visitors passing through the gate using services at the location/theme park.

• Objective: Display data on the number of customer segments

• Revenue: Display revenue by day during the period selected by the user.

• Top-selling tickets: Display the top-selling services.
