Summary

The Orders screen displays all orders with the following statuses:

• Open

• On-hold

• Closed

Fields Description

• Each order includes the following information:

  • Order’s number: Order ID

  • Date & Time: Date and time the order was opened

  • Ref/Table: Order details or Order table number

  • Cover / Guests: Number of guests

  • Total: Total order value

1. Orders may either be:

• Unassigned to a table (will show Ref/TT info), or

• Assigned to a table (will show Table number)

  

  

• Ref/TT: Additional order-related information entered by the user

• Table: The table number used to open the order

2. On-hold Orders: Orders without any items yet will appear under the On-hold tab.

3. Closed Orders Orders that have been completed and closed.
