Log in – Select Outlet - Order

Summary

To view order:

1. Floor Plan screen (for unpaid and dine-in orders), select the table containing the order → View order.

2. Orders screen, select the order to view in the corresponding tabs (Open, On-hold, Closed). Orders can also be searched by Order ID in the search box.

Fields Description

Details as below:

(1) Table name (Click to edit table information or add a table)
(2) Number of guests (Click to update the number of guests)
(3) Create a new order for this table
(4) Time the table was opened
(5) Order ID
(6) In-house guest information, click to view/update
(7) Number of current orders at the table, click to switch to other orders at the table (if any)
(8) Product information in the order
(9) Price information, service charge, tax, etc.
