Summary

For products that have already been sent to the bar/kitchen for preparation, users cannot edit the details of these products.

In this case, users can cancel the item or cancel the order that has been placed but not yet paid (applicable for users with manager-level permissions).

Void item

To cancel an item, the user:

Clicks on the item name
Selects “Cancel”
Chooses the cancellation reason
Confirms the action

Void order

To cancel an order, the user:

Selects the “Void” button on the order information screen
Chooses the cancellation reason
Confirms the action

For accounts without permission to cancel items or orders, the system will display a notification requesting the user to swipe a card with cancellation permission to cancel the item/order.

*This cancellation card must be assigned with item/order cancellation permissions by management levels.
