Report Summary

The report lists all guest profiles that have a birth date in a specific date range.

Report Filter

• From Date: Select the From date to establish the range of dates to be covered by the report

• To Date: Select the To date to establish the range of dates to be covered by the report

• Export Type: Choose the format that you want to export the report (PDF or Excel)

Report Form

Column Description

• Name: Name of the Guest

• VIP: VIP Level of the Guest

• Country: The Country where the Guest comes from

• Birthday: Birth date of the Guest

• Room: Current Room Number assigned to the reservation of this guest

• Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

• Arrival: Arrival Date of the Guest

• Departure: Departure Date of the Guest

• Travel Agent: Name of Travel Agent of the reservation

• Resv. Status: Current status of the reservation
