Log in – Front Office – Reservation – Tab Arrival – Select “Check-in

The Check In feature allows you to check in individual guests or party/group.

Fields Description

Check In Individual Reservation

Check in can be performed from various places in the application:

  1. From the Tab Arrival of Reservation screen:

  • Step 1: Go to Reservation → Tab Arrival

  • Step 2: Search for Confirmation Number or Itinerary Number

  • Step 3: Select the reservation and select “Check-in” button

2. From the Confirmation Detail screen – Tab Detail

  • Step 1: Go to Confirmation Detail → Tab Arrival

  • Step 2: Select “Check-in” button

3. Check In separately for main guest and sub-guests

  • Step 1: Go to Confirmation Detail → Tab Guests

  • Step 2: Select “Check-in” button

After checking-in with the main guest, the reservation will change status to In-house, with a number to indicate how many guests in this room have been checked-in.

Check In Group Reservation

Check in can be performed from various places in the application:

  1. From the Tab Arrival of Reservation screen: the same as check in individual reservation

  2. From the Itinerary Detail screen

  • Step 1: Go to Reservation → Tab Arrival

  • Step 2: Search for a name of guest, confirmation number or itinerary number

  • Step 3: Select an itinerary and go to the Itinerary Detail screen

  • Step 4: Select “Check-in All Selected” button to check in the selected reservations in the itinerary or “Check-in All” to check in all the reservations

Remarks

  1. Only the reservations that are assigned a room number can be checked in.

  2. When checking-in, if the assigned room has the status is different than “Inspected”, the system will display a warning message to notify you about the current status of this room. You can always continue to check in guest by choosing “OK” or “Cancel” to cancel the check-in.
