Report Summary

The report displays the reservations that have a difference between the rate amount being charged and the rate code amount that is configured. The report also calculates the variance and displays it.

Indicators:

• Staying Date: Staying Date of Guest

• Room: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Conf No.: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Guest Name: Name of the Guest

• Prs./Adl./Chl: Total number of Guests/Adults/Children

• Block Code: Code of the Group reservation

• Rate Code: Rate code attached to the reservation

• Rate Amt: Actual rate amount being charged for the reservation

• Rate RTC Amt: Rate amount set up for the Room Type to Charge

• Original Rate Amt: Original Rate Amount

• Variance: Difference between Rate Amount and Original Rate Amount

• Arrival: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Actual Room Type assigned to the reservation

• RTC: Room Type being charged for the reservation

• Resv Status: Reservation Status

• Iti No.: Itinerary Number

• Fixed Charge: Fixed Charges that are configured for the reservation

• Market Code: Code of the Market

• Source Code: Code of the Source of booking

• Comment: Comment attached to the reservation
