The report lists all the transactions incurred for each room.

Indicators:

• Confirmation Number: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure Date: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Biz Date: Posting Date

• Trans Code: Transaction Code

• Org Conf No: Original Confirmation Number (before to be routed)

• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Room Type attached to the reservation

• Room Class: Room Class attached to the reservation

• Gross: Total gross amount (includes Tax and SVC)

• Net: Total net amount (excludes Tax and SVC)

• Folio No: Folio Number

• Rate Code: Rate Code attached to the reservation

• Product: Name of the package

• Org Room: Original Room Number

• Org Room Class: Original Room Class

• Trans Type: Type of the transaction

• Iti No.: Itinerary Number

• Group Code: Code of the group reservation

• Category Code: Code of the category of transactions

• Category Type: Type of transaction

• Guest Name: Name of the Guest

• Comp Name: Name of the Company

• TA Name: Name of the Travel Agent

• Nationality: Nationality of the Guest

• Currency: Currency code for the currency that was used for the transaction

• Description: Description when posting the transaction

• Market: Code of the market

• Number of Adult: Number of Adults

• Number of Children: Number of Children

• Number of Infant: Number of Infants

Refresh frequency

Every 3 hours. Start at 7AM.
