• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Name: Name of the Guest

• Title: Title of the Guest

• Prs. (Person): Total number of people in the room

• Rate Code: Rate Code associated with the reservation

• Mkt. Code: Market Code attached to the reservation

• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure Date: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Actual Room Type on the reservation

• Company: Name of the Company

• Travel Agent: Name of the Travel Agent

• Comment: Comment attached to the reservation

• Confirmation Number: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Itinerary Number: Itinerary Number
